If for any reason you are not entirely happy with a product bought from Removal Boxes UK you may return it provided we receive notification within three working days from delivery.

Upon its return we will refund the full amount incurred for the original delivery in accordance with Distance Selling Regulations. The customer must however bear the cost of the return journey. If you require us to arrange the return journey, the cost is £12 (INC VAT).  

Please note however that goods must be undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
