We use City Link to deliver throughout mainland UK and it's free provided your order exceeds £39. Otherwise the charge is £7.50.
We do not deliver to Ireland and other off shore islands.
Orders received before 3pm (Mon-Fri) are despatched that day for delivery the following working day.
Orders received after 3pm (Mon-Fri) are despatched the next working day for delivery the following working day.
Orders received over the weekend (or on a bank holiday) are similarly despatched the next working day for delivery the following working day.
Your order is sealed inside clear weatherproof wrapping, so if no-one is available to be at the delivery address to accept the parcel, or there's a chance you might be out when we arrive, you may wish to issue special instructions to leave the order somewhere on the property (in the garage, on the porch, round the back in the garden, or even with a neighbour).
Whilst every effort is made to ensure that your order arrives on time, we do not guarantee next day delivery. 99% of our parcels arrive the next working day, and almost every parcel arrives witihn two working days. If, however, a parcel does not arrive witihn two working days we will refund your order.
In order to avoid disappointment we therefore recommend that you order and allow three working days for delivery. |
