We use City Link to deliver and it's free provided your order exceeds £35. Otherwise the charge is £4.95. 

To arrange a Saturday delivery, or upgrade an order to next day by noon, call the office (0800 781 4785) once you've placed your order. Next day by noon is an extra £6.50 and Saturday deliveries incur an additional £14.95.

Please note we do not deliver to Ireland or Northern Ireland, or other off shore islands apart from the Isle of Wight. Deliveries to the Isle of Wight, however, incur an extra £4.95.

We are also unable to deliver to the following Scottish postcodes: IV3-IV56, IV63, KW1-KW17, PA20-PA49, PA60-PA78, PH19-PH44, PH50, all HS, KA27-KA28, and all ZE.

Orders received before 3pm (Mon-Fri) are processed that day for delivery the following working day. 

Orders received after 3pm (Mon-Fri) are processed the next working day for delivery the following working day. 

Orders received after 3pm on Friday, and over the weekend (or on a bank holiday), are similarly processed the next working day for delivery the following working day.

Your packing materials are sealed inside clear weatherproof wrapping, so if no-one is available to be at the delivery address to accept the parcel(s), or there's a chance you might be out when City Link arrive, you may want to issue special instructions, in the appropriate field at the checkout, to leave the goods somewhere safe on the property (in the garage, on the porch, round the back in the garden, or even with a neighbour). With this request, however, the purchaser accepts full responsibility for the goods. We will not accept liability for loss of goods once instructed to leave a delivery safe. 

Finally, whilst every effort is made to ensure that your order arrives on time, we do not guarantee next day delivery. 99% of our parcels arrive the next working day, and almost every parcel arrives within two working days from despatch. If, however, a parcel does not arrive within two working days from despatch we will issue a refund.

In order to avoid disappointment we therefore recommend that you order and allow two working days for delivery.
