Excellent delivery service, but.....
First batch of boxes-one missing, but I didn´t notice until I started packing then, according to the invoice I should have let them know immediately.
Second batch I ordered 10 medium and each box was stuck together when I was opening them up, so I had to prise them open carefully so as not to weaken them.
Boxes were of good quality, but ten were stuck together when trying to prepare them for packing.
Sorry to hear one was missing. Equally, sorry to hear they were slightly stuck together. In way of explanation (and not an excuse) they are machine batched in 10s and very occasionally the machine gets it wrong. We do ask the warehouse to quickly count and check but again (very occasionally) we humans also get it wrong. Sorry again :-( Please let us know if either you (or anyone you know) needs boxes in future and we´ll arrange a 20% discount to show you the machine and us humans don´t always get it wrong!
