How much does it cost and how long does it take?
- Standard Delivery (3–5 days): £3.95
- Next Working Day Delivery (Mon–Fri): £5.95
- Orders placed before 2 pm will be dispatched the same day.
- We use UPS courier for all UK orders, and tracking details will be emailed with a delivery time slot.
Is my order Next day Delivery?
We use a Next Day Delivery Service for our parcels. Order by 2pm (Mon/Fri) for next day delivery.
Schedules may vary for remote postcodes.
PLEASE NOTE: Next Day Delivery = Next Working Day (Mon/Fri) – If you Place an order after 2pm on Friday, you will not receive your items until Tuesday.
Can we deliver to your postcode?
We use a third party courier and they deliver to ANY UK POSTCODE.
Do I get an estimated time of arrival on the day of my delivery?
Yes. On the day you will receive a notification from the courier with an estimated time for delivery.
If you do not receive this notification from the courier, please MESSAGE US immediately so we can investigate.
Do I need to be in to sign for delivery?
Customers do not need to sign to receive parcels. They can leave delivery instructions if needed.
Can I request delivery on a specific day?
Yes you can. Just provide the required delivery date in the notes section at checkout when placing your order, or give us a call or email.
Delivery to remote postcodes will take an additional day to arrive.
