Can we deliver to your postcode?

We use a third party courier and they deliver to ANY UK POSTCODE.

How much does it cost and how long does it take?

Our standard charge for delivery is £4.50 INC VAT. 93% ARRIVE ON TIME the next working day provided we receive your order by 1pm (Mon/Fri). Please note Saturdays & Bank Holidays don’t qualify as working days and schedules may vary for REMOTE POSTCODES.

Do I need to be in to sign for delivery?

No. Once your order has been processed you will receive a notification from the courier with your expected delivery date. From within this notification you can instruct the courier to LEAVE IT WITH A NEIGHBOUR (OR IN A SAFE PLACE).

If you do not receive this notification from the courier, please MESSAGE US immediately so we can investigate.

Can I specify a delivery date?

Yes. You can REARRANGE THE DELIVERY DATE from within the notification you receive from the courier once your order has been processed.

Do I get an estimated time of arrival on the day of my delivery?

Yes. On the day you will receive a notification from the courier with an estimated time for delivery.

I've not received everything I ordered. What do I do?

We’re only human so (until the robots take over the warehouse) they’ll always be the occasional packing error, which is why we try to encourage customers to LEAVE A LITTLE EXTRA TIME FOR DELIVERY. At least then we can rectify the error without too much stress.

Please also take the time to check each parcel carefully before you MESSAGE US about missing items. Smaller items can often be found in between the boxes to protect them in transit.
