We use EMAIL & WHATSAPP to communicate between you and the courier on the rare occasion there’s an issue with an order. We’ve found a written record really helps resolve matters much faster.
During office hours (9AM-5PM MON/FRI) we try to respond immediately. Even outside office hours we usually reply within an hour or two (apart from when we’re sleeping).
