Whilst we do all we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we cannot accept liability for late deliveries.
We could guarantee next day delivery and deal with the fallout as and when it happens but experience has taught us not to. Instead we actively encourage our customers to allow a little extra time for delivery.
93% ARRIVE ON TIME the next working day provided we receive your order before 1pm (Mon/Fri). Please note though Saturday does not qualify as a working day and schedules may vary for REMOTE POSTCODES.
If your order doesn’t arrive within three working days, and you no longer want it, we will issue a ‘no quibble’ refund.
Should you cancel your order after it’s been processed, there is a charge (20% of the order value) to recover the costs incurred to prepare it and deliver it as well as the return journey.
We will however issue a full refund (including the cost of the original delivery in accordance with distance selling regulations) if you arrange to return it.
If, for any reason, you’re not entirely happy with a product, you may return it provided you MESSAGE US within 30 days from delivery.
Upon its return we will issue a full refund, provided we receive the goods back unused.
