Whilst we do all we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we cannot accept liability for late deliveries.
We could guarantee next day delivery and deal with the fallout as and when it happens but experience has taught us not to. Instead we actively encourage our customers to allow a little extra time for delivery.
Orders received before 1pm (Mon/Fri) are processed and shipped the same day. 90% arrive the next working day. Please note though Saturday does not qualify as a working day. Schedules may also vary for remote postcodes.
If your order doesn’t arrive within three working days, and you no longer want it, we will issue a ‘no quibble’ refund.
If, for any reason, you’re not entirely happy with a product, you may return it provided we receive notification within 30 days from delivery.
Upon its return we will issue a full refund including the cost of the original delivery in accordance with distance selling regulations.
