The service level to the Offshore Islands is dependent on weather conditions and the season as to whether sailing is permitted.
For Secure Flex services certain postcodes are excluded from our service offering as shown in the service exclusion column above. Where acceptable to the Royal Mail, DX may attempt to channel packages through their RMSD service.
Goods unacceptable due to size, weight or delivery restrictions as defined by the Royal Mail, will be returned.
BY AIR: DX is able to fly packages that do not exceed 45cm x 35cm x 15cm on each respective dimension (45cm x 15cm diameter for tubes), the maximum package weight is 15kg subject to airline capacity restrictions and pre-agreement that the goods are compliant to fly.
For Scottish collections from Aberdeen (AB, ZE), Perth (PH, DD) or Inverness (KW, IV) please add an additional days transit to the above specified defined locations – see separate Defined Locations for Scotland Origin.
