Delivery Information

We use a Next Day Delivery Service for our parcels. Order by 2pm (Mon/Fri) for next day delivery.

However, small courier delays can sometimes happen which are out of our control, so we really do recommend giving yourself a couple of extra days to ensure you receive your removal boxes on time.

Schedules may vary for remote postcodes.

PLEASE NOTE: Next Day Delivery = Next Working Day (Mon/Fri) – If you Place order on after 2pm on Friday, you will not receive your items until Tuesday.

We use a third party courier and they deliver to ANY UK POSTCODE.

• Standard Delivery (3–5 days): £3.95
• Next Working Day Delivery (Mon–Fri): £5.95
• Orders placed before 2 pm will be dispatched the same day.
• We use UPS courier for all UK orders, and tracking details will be emailed with a delivery time slot.

Yes. On the day you will receive a notification from the courier with an estimated time for delivery.

If you do not receive this notification from the courier, please MESSAGE US immediately so we can investigate.

Customers do not need to sign to receive parcels. They can leave delivery instructions if needed.

Yes you can. Just provide the required delivery date in the notes section at checkout when placing your order, or give us a call or email.

We’re only human so (until the robots take over the warehouse) you may experience the occasional packing error, which is why we try to encourage customers to LEAVE A LITTLE EXTRA TIME FOR DELIVERY. At least then we can rectify the error without too much stress.

Please also take the time to check each parcel carefully before you MESSAGE US about missing items. Smaller items can often be found in between the boxes to protect them in transit.
You must notify us of any missing items as soon as possible and within 30 days along with photos clearly showing all your delivered items.
